Position: QA Tester

Location: Minneapolis, MN | Charlotte, NC | Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6+ months contract - potential for extension

Pay Rate Range: $45/hr W2

Requirements:

4+ years as a QA Analyst - manual and automation testing experience
Good Communication Skills
Banking background or payments experience
Experience with UAT Testing

Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

This team focuses on adding new features to the mobile app and following it end to end.
One of the features they are currently adding is to stop any debit card payments if something flags it as being compromised.
Lead a variety of systems quality assurance testing initiatives on software systems
Act as key participant in planning for systems quality assurance
Lead testing, development, and project teams to provide training, resolve escalated issues, assess testing needs, and recommend changes
Lead implementation of complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more lines of business
Meet regularly with developers to determine the scripts and test cases needed for new functionalities
Understand what backend scripts or system updates are required, and ensure they are properly implemented/tested
Work with the team to develop and execute end to end testing plans for each new feature/change
