As a Purchasing Coordinator you will:

Purchasing of materials, supplies, and various products.
Analyzes and manages purchasing data and inventory levels.
Contract negotiation (negotiating terms with suppliers)
Communication (coordinating/communicating with internal departments and suppliers to understand the needs and manage orders)
Inventory control
Supplier relationship management
Coordination with suppliers
Comprehension of all relevant quality management system factors and documents that refer to the job position or are used by employees aware by the individual of their relevance and importance.

The ideal candidate will have:?

The ability to comprehend math at a high school diploma level.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook365.
At least 2 years in a purchasing role; experience in supply chain roles is also required; however, if less than 2 years are required, will require documented evidence of training courses completed.

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity

Monday to Friday 7am-4pm

Pay Rate: $22-25/hr
