We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Part-Time Office Assistant for our home-based business in the Sarasota/Palmer Ranch area. This role is ideal for retirees who live in the Sarasota area! Looking for applicants who are meticulous, trustworthy, dependable, with good clerical skills, especially data entry. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, with hours available from 9 AM to 3 PM or 10 AM to 4 PM, totaling between 12 and 18 hours per week. Retirees are highly encouraged to apply. Compensation is set at $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities Include:
• Mainly data entry, email communications, light filing, and preparation of essential documents
• Helping with diverse administrative tasks that may arise
Qualifications Required:
• Preferred candidate will have previous office, secretarial, or administrative experience
• Must have familiarity and be efficient with MS Office (Word), Webmail and Adobe products
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Must be capable of multitasking and working independently with minimal supervision
