The Provider Experience Strategist IV plays a critical role in enhancing provider interactions, streamlining workflows, and driving strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency. This senior-level position requires expertise in healthcare operations, compliance, and automation, with a strong focus on optimizing provider engagement and correspondence ecosystems.

Job Responsibilities - What you will do:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance provider experiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive organizational success by overseeing system implementations, workflow transitions, and compliance frameworks that align with industry regulations and strategic goals.
  • Identify inefficiencies in provider interactions and implement automation solutions to improve turnaround times and streamline processes.
  • Align cross-functional teams, leadership, and external partners through strategic messaging, tactical communication plans, and professional acknowledgments that foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Leverage healthcare technology solutions like Epic and Availity to enhance digital workflows and provider data management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze provider feedback, and generate insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant area, such as social science, public health administration, or business administration or equivalent work experience.
  • 6 years of related experience, Provider Systems Management or Provider Relationship Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and project direction based on relevant and insights to inform product design, experience design, or business decisions.
  • Experience managing provider relationships.
  • Understanding of payer platforms (e.g., EMR, Claims Processing, provider portals) and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and outsourcing governance models.
  • Expertise in streamlining workflows, provider data management, and leveraging automation to improve turnaround times.
  • Familiarity with negotiating vendor capabilities, assessing technology solutions, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Knowledge of organizational transitions, leadership dynamics, and effective communication strategies during system implementations.
  • Ability to foresee operational impacts, mitigate risks, and align initiatives with business goals.
  • Ability to refine complex messaging, structure professional acknowledgments, and drive alignment through effective communication.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.

National Plus Salary Range:

$109,000.00 - $185,300.00

*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
