Start something special today. Northmarq was voted by Real Estate Forum as one of The Best Places to Work in Commercial Real Estate!    Northmarq is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Property Marketing Specialist to support our marketing and graphic design efforts for our Commercial Investment Sales team. The position entails working with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This position will play a key role in assisting Sales Teams with graphic design, e-marketing, and photo editing in the promotion of our real estate listings including the deliverables and marketing campaigns.    *This position starts in-office and transitions to a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in-office.   Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the creative direction, graphic design, and layout of marketing deliverables for Broker clients in a timely and accurate manner. Marketing deliverables include pricing analyses, offering memorandums, location maps, team brochures, emails, website landing pages, marketing reports, conference pieces, investment summaries, graphics for social media, etc.
  • Provide quality control for all marketing deliverables (branding, proofreading, style guide, production management, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with current and new Broker clients. Ensure production services consistently meet client and company needs while delivering quality service.
  • Monitor marketing campaign distribution through email schedules, tracking current listings for promotional needs while coordinating with sales teams, analysts, and marketing.
  • Track and create web analytics and metric reports on listing performance such as OM downloads, email opens and clicks, and web traffic.
  • Serve as a member of the Property Marketing Team, which includes collaboration and process improvement, providing backup coverage for members, participating in team meetings, time tracking based on the project and sales team, communicating regularly with the team and Property Marketing Manager, and sharing work across offices as needed.
  • Assist with additional projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team as our company grows.
What We're Looking For:
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in CRE Marketing/Graphic Design background is required
  • Strong proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to Adobe CC suite of programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular, required).
  • Possesses strong design sensibilities and exceptional layout skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and database programs such as HubSpot, RCM and Salesforce is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented, who operates with a sense of urgency, is proactive, and takes initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
  • Works well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Strong client service skills
