With a "Genius" designation on the L2 Digital IQ Index (seven years in a row), we'll continue to set the pace for the industry...especially with you on our teaAs an Email Marketing Producer, you will be responsible for producing and executing email campaigns for extensive, dynamic and high-performing Email marketing and client lifecycle campaigns.  Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, Retention Operations, you will bring critical technical expertise and execution skills to facilitate accurate build & deployment of email marketing campaigns.  

Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute email campaigns and initiatives
  • QA email campaigns through proofing and testing to ensure accurate and error-free execution of links, content and targeted assets across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Partner on delivering the best client experience and wearing your client centric hat.
  • Partner with internal production, project management, web development teams to ensure accurate creation and delivery of email campaigns. Escalate to Manager as needed.
  • Collaborate and proactively communicate with other teams: Product Marketing, Promotional Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, CRM Team, Production, Creative, Merchandising and Web Development.
  • Support, help integrate and validate ESP new functionality.
  • Validate and test new and existing email client functionality such as Gmail annotations, dark mode, dynamic personalization.
  • Work with external vendors for marketing tools/widgets integration and setup.
  • Support Retention Marketing team in special projects and initiatives.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of production e-commerce experience with a focus on email and mobile digital marketing
  • Familiarity with email or mobile messaging deployment platforms (such as Epsilon, Braze, Bluecore, Exact Target, Strongview, Acxiom Digital, Salesforce, MailChimp or others)
  • Experience using Movable Ink, Jacquard, Monday.com, or Ziflow. 
  • Hands-on experience working with different CMS platforms and building campaigns
  •  Knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS 
  • Familiarity with email marketing; Understanding of campaigns segmentation and analytics 
  • Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy and extremely organized
  •  High sense of urgency and ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects & stakeholders, meet deadlines, and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to collaborate across all teams
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality and optimization
  • Solid understanding of tools and data
  • Excellent written, grammatical, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.12 to $52.36 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
