Our client, a real estate company located in Boston, is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team on a temp to hire basis. The hours for this onsite role are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM, and it is compensating up to $32 an hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities:

Manage tenant service requests and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and orientations
Answer phones, direct inquiries, and handle email communication
Maintain and update tenant manuals, contact lists, and advisory notices
Oversee office supply inventory and ensure equipment functionality
Assist with insurance certificate tracking and lease compliance
Support document management, vendor coordination, and bid processes
Help with budgets, invoice processing, and rent billing
Track sales reporting and percentage rent
Participate in emergency response and evacuation plans

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience, preferably in property management
Familiarity with bookkeeping or property management software is a plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written communication and organizational skills
