Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects in the Texas Panhandle. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task effectively, quickly learn new processes, and have a solid understanding of project plans and specifications for commercial construction. This position involves working closely with Project Managers and Subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily construction activities on commercial projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
• Supervise and direct subcontractors and construction crews.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on the job site.
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process.
• Communicate regularly with the project team and clients regarding progress.

Qualifications:
• Experience in commercial construction management.
• Strong ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
