The Project Manager will lead and coordinate talent brand and marketing initiatives, working with global teams including Communications, Talent Acquisition, and external agencies. Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of global Communicators, Recruiters and Agency partners to gather requirements and needs, define project Talent Brand and Marketing project scope, and establish project timelines
Monitor all project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively finding solutions to ensure a project's success
Build new relationships and fosters existing ones to communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Make connections across projects to ensure further alignment and synergy to one goal
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, brand decks, and meeting recaps
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
Manager project budgets and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related talent brand and marketing, and support to overall talent acquisition
Qualifications
8+ years in project management with a proven track record of delivering solutions aligned to a marketing strategy: on time, on spec, and on budget.
2-5 years knowledge in talent brand and recruitment marketing including the candidate journey and its priority touchpoints from awareness to conversion
Knowledge and prior collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and HR
Expertise in external and internal brand and marketing and execution of creative, media, website platforms and management, CMS, attraction analytics, audience segmentation, and retargeting
Proves knowledge and understanding of a corporate brand, and can execute expressions of it across the customer journey
A strategic thinker, creative advocate, and analytical evaluator- understands the art and science to brand, marketing and a go-to-market strategy and how to optimize for quality customers
Agency background a plus
