Our well-known health tech client is seeking Project Managers to support their team for at least a 6 month contract.
This is onsite, 3-4 days/ week in Lake Forest.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5+ years project management experience
-Creative agency experience
-Must have direct experience project managing design, digital, multimedia and video productions
-Knowledge of Workfront
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with strategists, creative directors, writers, designers to develop strategically driven creative
campaigns and content that attracts, engages and activates target audiences
-Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and
within budget.
-Act as central point of contact for business partners and creative team members.
-Build and maintain strategic partnerships with business partners, internal teams and external partners
-Collaborate with team to establish and maintain roles and responsibilities throughout project lifecycle.
-Document project plan in project management software and maintain project documentation. Ensure all
documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
-Execute scope change management and project close-out processes.
-Participate in project assessments and communicate lessons learned.
-Lead Project Management team partnership with Operations team to provide forecasting; have advanced
understanding of tracking, reporting and oversight on project budget, expenditures and metrics.
-Proactively identify and manage project opportunities, issues and risks, and escalate issues in a timely manner
to leadership.
-Influence the development of ideas that reinforce the values of the brand.
-Exhibit critical thinking to connect and align bodies of work to the brand.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
