About the RoleJoin the world’s largest renewable construction company as a Project Manager supporting Early-Stage Solar Engineering & Construction (E&C). In this role, you will work independently while collaborating closely with the Solar Regional Lead Project Manager to manage a portfolio of solar projects from development through construction readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of a portfolio of solar projects through the Early-Stage process, preparing them for turnover to the Construction team.
- Leverage technical, commercial, and financial expertise to guide projects toward successful outcomes.
- Analyze technical and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure each project is technically feasible, schedule-appropriate, commercially supported, and financially viable.
- Support permitting and development, coordinate with subject matter experts, and facilitate engineering and problem resolution.
- Manage capital budgets, including approvals and variance balancing across your portfolio.
- Develop viable construction plans and schedules; negotiate and execute commercial contracts.
- Use various software tools to manage data, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to process improvement, tool development, and team training initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local communities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
- Proven project management experience.
- Strong financial and data analysis skills.
- Mechanical awareness or interest in technical project variables.
- Highly organized and proactive.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Experience in construction, energy, or solar industries.
