Job Description:
Apex Systems is hiring an ERP Implementation Project Manager to join a growing client in Lakewood, CO.
Duration: 6 month contract to start with the potential for extensions
Location: 4 days per week onsite in Lakewood, CO
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-level ERP projects within the $1-3 million range. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to drive successful project delivery across multiple locations, supporting business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee complex enterprise Oracle ERP projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including business and technical stakeholders
- Manage hybrid project schedules, providing regular status updates and risk assessments
- Support and coordinate activities with Business Analysts, Test Leads, and Training Leads as needed
- Travel to Texas or other locations periodically to support project needs
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience managing an ERP implementation
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise-level ERP, Financial, Procurement, or Technology projects
- Experience with Oracle Procurement, Oracle Expenses, or Oracle ERP systems; familiarity with Oracle Cloud and financial systems is highly desirable
- PMI certification or similar project management credentials
- Proficiency in MS Project and the full MS Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to hybrid project management methodologies
Compensation for this position varies based on prior experience and is between $70-85/hr
