Testek Solutions is currently seeking an entry level Project Manager.
Position Overview
The Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the business unit. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. The position is designed for individuals early in their project management career, offering a strong foundation in operational coordination, communication, and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Create and maintaining project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear communication of project goals.
- Prepare documentation as status updates, meeting notes, and task tracking.
2. Budget & Resource Assistance
- Monitor project budgets and expenses with guidance from senior managers.
- Track resource allocations and flag potential bottlenecks or overages.
- Support data entry and reporting for project financials and performance metrics.
3. Milestone Monitoring & Reporting
- Track progress against key deliverables and milestones.
- Prepare basic project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Help identify risks or delays and escalate to the appropriate team member.
4. Continuous Improvement & Learning
- Participate in team retrospectives and suggest ways to improve processes.
- Learn and apply project management tools such as Gantt charts, task trackers, or dashboards.
- Stay updated on best practices in project delivery and time management.
