We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in construction management and hands-on experience implementing and using Procore and e-Builder software platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who excels at coordinating complex construction projects, managing diverse teams, and driving projects from inception through to completion while utilizing industry-leading construction management software. This will be a contract position for our client in Rochester, NY.

#PROJECTMANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in construction management and hands-on experience implementing and using Procore and e-Builder software platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who excels at coordinating complex construction projects, managing diverse teams, and driving projects from inception through to completion while utilizing industry-leading construction management software. This will be a contract position for our client in Rochester, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Procore for project management, budgeting, documentation, and field operations.
- Monitor project progress using data-driven tools and report regularly on milestones, deliverables, and financials.
- Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and third parties to ensure communication is clear and project goals are aligned.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, decisions, changes, and approvals within Procore and/or e-Builder.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience implementing and using Procore as a construction project management platform.
- Experience working with e-Builder software for project controls and owner-side project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, documentation, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- PMP, CCM, or similar project management certification.
- Experience with both vertical and horizontal construction projects.
- Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination tools.
