Job Summary
As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in managing complex, cross-functional technology programs. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that support our Oracle Finance and Supply Chain platforms.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement program management standards, tools, and best practices.
- Lead planning and execution of large-scale tech initiatives using agile methodologies.
- Drive governance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Track program progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Finance and/or Supply Chain systems is a plus.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
