Position: Operations Program Support Specialist
Location: Frisco, TX
Onsite Requirement: Onsite
8.5 Month Initial Contract, potential to extend up to 18 months

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Support Specialist to assist with documentation, tracking, and process improvement tasks. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will support operational efficiency through documentation, process flow management, and effective follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and document operational tasks and workflows
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems using standard file naming conventions
- Support resolution efforts for process issues and service gaps
- Create folders, prepare documentation, and manage data inputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline processes
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion
- Provide internal customer service and support through clear communication
- Use SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) effectively
- Required Computer Skills
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Understanding of file naming conventions and folder management
- SharePoint experience
- PowerPoint (a plus)
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to document, track, and follow up on tasks
- Familiarity with process flows and improvement methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Experience as a resolution specialist or in a similar support role is a plus
