Program Director of Somerville Outpatient
Independent Licensure Required: LMHC or LICSW
Are you a dynamic leader, passionate about behavioral health services? We’re seeking a Program Director to oversee a diverse outpatient center, including TeleCare, Behavioral Health Urgent Care, substance use services, therapy, and psychiatry services. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and actively participating in daily operations to ensure quality care, appropriate staffing, and staff support. You’ll also play a key role in collaborating across the service system to enhance continuity of care for consumers. Somerville Outpatient
Riverside Community Care is seeking a Program Director of Behavioral Health Outpatient Services. Our Outpatient Counseling services cater to children and families dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. By offering both in-person and telehealth appointments, we ensure flexible, accessible care that integrates therapy and medication management to help achieve personal recovery goals.
Schedule: 40-hour full time. with the option of fully in-person or hybrid-days to be determined.
Pay Rate: $87,550/salaried

Required Experience
- Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health discipline and independent clinical licensure required.
- Two years management/supervisory or administrative experience in a similar mental health setting required.
- Five years clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
