Volt is immediately hiring a Machine Operator in Northfield, MN
As a Machine Operator you will:
Shift: 2nd Shift Mon-Friday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
3rd Shift Sun- Thu 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay Rate: $19.70 - $20.70 Per Hour

As a Machine Operator you will:
- Review production schedules, process procedures and specifications regarding the sequential start-up, operation and control of automated equipment and peripheral hardware.
- Monitor the operation of the automated equipment and peripheral hardware.
- Inspect quality levels of production on the automated equipment and peripheral hardware.
- Record data required for statistical process control or inventory management.
- Perform preventive maintenance on the automated equipment and peripheral hardware at specified intervals and schedules.
- Perform sequential shutdown, including the cleaning of the automated equipment or peripheral hardware.
Shift: 2nd Shift Mon-Friday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
3rd Shift Sun- Thu 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Attendance
- Basic Math
- Read and interpret instructions.
- Prior forklift/pallet jack and other motorized equipment exp. preferred
- Machine Operator Experience
- Slitters
- Mixers
- Prior use of food mixing machines a plus!
