Volt is immediately hiring for Production workers in Fresno CA.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Production Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

As a Production Worker you will:

Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
Assemble products according to specifications.
Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

This is a full time opportunity

1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available

Candidates must be open Monday-Friday (Days may vary depending to production needs)

1st shift : 5am-1:30pm

2nd shift: 1pm-9:30pm

3rd shift: 9pm-5:30am

The Ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Pay: $16.50/hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
