Job Summary

Medline ReNewal is hiring for a Production Supervisor on Swing Shift at our manufacturing facility in Redmond, OR. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of the reprocessed hospital products as well as the oversight of their team of Production Associates and their success within their roles.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
Oversee and coordinate reprocessing of used hospital products.
Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling and coordinate resources to ensure minimal backorders. Ensure overall quality of the items produced.
Create all needed paperwork, the completion of all required functions and verify the accuracy of process control records.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory functions that apply.
Ensure inventory integrity for components and finished product.
Cross functional collaboration between ReNewal teams.
Work alongside team to assist with daily output, as needed.
Participate in hiring cycle, from interviewing to onboarding hourly production staff

Required Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Suites experience
At least 2 years previous production experience.
Previous experience as a department lead or supervisor a plus.
At least 1 year of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$67,080.00 - $97,240.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
