Metals and Additives, LLC is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team in Brazil, Indiana. We are currently hiring for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd shift Production Operator positions in a well-established, safety-conscious manufacturing facility.

Starting wage is $20.00/hour, with shift differentials of $0.50/hour for 2nd shift and $1.00/hour for 3rd shift. Shifts are 8.5 hours with regular opportunities for overtime.

This is a physically active role that requires lifting up to 55 pounds, wearing a respirator throughout the shift, and participating in bi-monthly blood draws as part of our health and safety program. All employees must pass physical and drug screening, maintain a clean-shaven appearance for respirator use, and shower at the end of each shift (on-site showers and supplies provided).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of chemical manufacturing processes
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Must work well in a team environment
