TITLE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT/AV TECHNICIAN

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant / AV Technician to join our Boston team and support both our video production operations and on-site AV needs.
This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creative media, eager to learn, and ready to jump into a fast-paced, hands-on environment where every day is different.
What You'll Do
Set up and tear down video production and audiovisual equipment for shoots and meetings
Organize and maintain production supplies, tools, and storage areas
Assist during video shoots, live meetings, and virtual productions
Provide AV support throughout our facility, including equipment delivery, technical troubleshooting, and live meeting setup
Support team members across departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
Maintain clean and orderly production environments
Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
Apply problem-solving skills to anticipate needs and overcome challenges
What You'll Bring
Enthusiasm for video production, AV technology, and hands-on teamwork
Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively and independently in a deadline-driven setting
A customer-first attitude with a focus on service and professionalism
Foundational knowledge of video production equipment and AV systems
Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
Ability to lift and move equipment safely (reasonable accommodations available)
