We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant / AV Technician to join our Boston team and support both our video production operations and on-site AV needs.

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creative media, eager to learn, and ready to jump into a fast-paced, hands-on environment where every day is different.

What You'll Do

• Set up and tear down video production and audiovisual equipment for shoots and meetings

• Organize and maintain production supplies, tools, and storage areas

• Assist during video shoots, live meetings, and virtual productions

• Provide AV support throughout our facility, including equipment delivery, technical troubleshooting, and live meeting setup

• Support team members across departments to ensure smooth execution of projects

• Maintain clean and orderly production environments

• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

• Apply problem-solving skills to anticipate needs and overcome challenges

What You'll Bring

• Enthusiasm for video production, AV technology, and hands-on teamwork

• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills

• The ability to work collaboratively and independently in a deadline-driven setting

• A customer-first attitude with a focus on service and professionalism

• Foundational knowledge of video production equipment and AV systems

• Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus

• Ability to lift and move equipment safely (reasonable accommodations available)
