Position: Product Owner
Location: Monday – Friday onsite in Miami, FL
Duration: 18+ month contract
Rate Range: $65 per hour
Position Overview:
This is a new role within the e-commerce organization, specifically focused on Casino and Loyalty.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of Product Owner experience
- Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics – need to understand how to read data and make meaning from it
- Experience maintaining backlog, roadmap creation and management, prioritizations, story mapping
- Jira, confluence
Preferred Experience:
- Loyalty Program/Points or Casino/Gaming experience
- Enterprise Level experience
- Content square
- Certifications - CSPO
- Hot Jar
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
· Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and roadmap.
· Lead the development of foundational platform components that enhance personalized guest experiences, including content management systems, data orchestration frameworks, and loyalty program tools.
· Develop clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for product features, ensuring engineering teams have the necessary information to build effectively.
· Prioritize technical debt, performance improvements, and infrastructure optimizations alongside new feature development.
· Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value and communicating product capabilities and limitations.
· Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, removing blockers for the development team and ensuring continual progress.
· Partner with Product Manager to facilitate cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
· Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements.
