Overview of the Role

The Print Fulfillment Specialist oversees the end-to-end print production process, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables through effective workload management, vendor coordination, and client service. This role requires a strong understanding of print logistics, the ability to make quick decisions, and a proactive approach to anticipating client needs.

Basic Details

• 40 hours per week for 3-6 months
• Starting in July 2025
• 9am - 6pm EST, onsite daily in New York City

Other Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of experience in print production, including complex and high-profile projects.
• 2+ years in project coordination or team leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Workfront.
• Familiarity with various print software (training provided as needed).
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage rush jobs, and lead print projects.
• Physical capability for standing, moving, and lifting materials frequently.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine in-house vs. outsourced production for print projects.
• Manage logistics and vendor relationships for outsourced work.
• Oversee daily workflow, assign tasks based on team capacity and skill sets.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality of all print deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to the creative manager.
• Anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions.
• Maintain quality control standards and complete checklists for all projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for creative teams and clients.
• Manage and clean up digital file storage as needed.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
