Who We Are:

Join the Tactical Products Department Signal & Embedded Technologies team, to support implementing system capabilities on mobile platforms for intelligence and surveillance applications.

Objectives of this Role:

• Work with multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians in the execution of complex R&D programs in support of national security.
• Oversight of production and assembly projects; working with engineering and technicians to implement design approaches to meet project requirements.
• Interaction with technical staff and customers; interpretation of project technical and management data.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with Electrical and Mechanical engineers to develop systems and subsystems electronic hardware.
• Will work in a team environment as well as independently to complete assigned tasks with direct supervision.
• Continually communicate status with program management.
• Production/assembly in accordance with engineering drawings and schematics.
• Coordinating technicians in daily assembly/test tasking.
• Work with engineering team to advise on implementation approaches.

Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Continued education, soldering and cable crimping certifications preferred.
• 6-10 years: Professional level experience in printed wiring board design.
• 5-10 years: Experience in complex electronics assembly and test; Work knowledge of electronics schematics; Experience in production of military qualified systems and electronics.
• 5-10 years: Leadership skills in relation to leading and mentoring technical staff on production/test activities.
• A valid/clear driver's license is required.
