JOB TITLE: Principal, Digital Insight and Analytics

LOCATION: Irving, TX (hybrid role, may work from home)

DUTIES: Serve as the primary analyst to support growing delivery merchandise business needs; Support the business needs in terms of timely reporting and recommendations for process improvements; Evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives that are deployed against the established targets; Develop insights tied to merchandise product purchases and analytics; Assess the performance of stores in executing the 7NOW Delivery business; Understand and provide recommendations based on the assessment; Provide reporting support for last mile team; Develop, test, and implement logic to reduce cost and improve delivery times; Generate reporting to provide internal business customers the view of business performance; Engage with cross functional teams to set processes and data captures in place so that the growing business needs are met; Keep abreast of the analytical tools such as Python, Power BI, SQL, and JavaScript for improved analysis and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Electronic or Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Performance/Planning Analyst, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years in data analysis or business analytics; 3 years using SQL, Alteryx, and data visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI; 2 years working with scalable processes and ETL data pipelines; and 1 year working with B2B or B2C customer data to extract insights, and managing SQL Server database or any other RDBMS.
