Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Oracle EPM Solutions
Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Principal Consultant – Oracle EPM Solutions (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to facilitate the implementation, rollout, and support of Hyperion Financial Reporting Systems to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Requirement gathering and design documentation including blue print. Preparation of URS documents, Business Process Maps, and Functional Design Specifications. Implement, rollout, upgrade, and production support for Oracle Hyperion applications. Identify improvement areas in business processes and propose changes with client. Work with client on enhancement requirement and provide estimates. Design custom programs and integrate with external systems using middleware systems. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting. Investigate, analyze, and solve software problems; map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs. Responsible for management, strategy, and planning with business partners, technical, and vendor contacts to discuss requirements for and review proposals for new IT solutions. Gathering and understanding the customer functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables for the teams to work on. Assign database resources to support activities. Responsible for managing the career paths of Support and Enhancement teams. Interact with the client team members closely and provide them with the advice and direction in regard to the solutions to improve business process. Responsible for managing the daily operation and coordinating with the client team members on project deliverables. Identify business needs and opportunities and with managing the development of solutions to problems through discussions with client and other stakeholders.
Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a Finance, Engineering (all), Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Management, Management, or related field and eight (8) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered, a related financial accounting systems or related business process position, or related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Richardson, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 15% of travel required. $143,666 to $150,849 per year.
