Our agency client is seeking a Presentation Specialist to join their team. 

Location: Fully Remote
Duration: W-F, 1-5pm; approximately 3 months 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and produce high-quality presentations using advanced features in PowerPoint 
• Ensure brand consistency across all presentations by adhering to corporate style guidelines 
• Manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
• Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to enhance visual elements 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and craft visually compelling narratives 
• Proofread and refine presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail 
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in presentation design and integrate new ideas to improve visual storytelling 

Qualifications 

• Proven experience as a Presentation Specialist or in a related design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced design skills and creativity 
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (Expert level) and other presentation software are recommended (e.g., Keynote, Google Slides) 
• Knowledge of other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), and Figma/Figma Slides 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals 
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines 
• A proactive mindset and a passion for creative problem-solving
