Role OverviewResponsible for the administration, governance, and operational management of Microsoft Power Platform to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient adoption across the enterprise. This role enables business innovation through low-code solutions while maintaining strong governance, compliance, and platform health.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and manage Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod), including provisioning, access, and configuration
• Define and enforce governance standards (DLP policies, environment strategy, security roles, naming conventions)
• Lead application lifecycle management (ALM): solutions, deployments, and release pipelines
• Monitor platform usage, capacity, performance, and operational health
• Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness, including least-privilege access controls
• Support Dataverse enablement, including data governance and environment design
• Establish and operate CoE practices, including automation, reporting, and maker enablement
• Troubleshoot platform issues, connectors, and integrations
• Partner with business teams to enable self-service development within defined guardrails
**This is an office-centric position and will require 5-days per week onsite***

2. Designs, builds, manages, and implements enterprise infrastructure technology platforms and systems across cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, or middleware domains.
3. Develops and applies automation, monitoring, and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure.
4. Manages large infrastructure projects and programs aligned with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate new technologies and continuously improve infrastructure standards and processes.
6. Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues impacting infrastructure performance and reliability.
7. Ensures compliance with technology strategies, standards, and governance to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
8. Reviews infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.
9. Provides strong technical guidance, training, and direction to infrastructure teams and lower-level technical professionals.
10. Demonstrates innovative influence with stakeholders in supporting business objectives and technical strategic objectives.
Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
3. Advanced knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
Preferred Qualification
- 7+ years of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform experience
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Admin Center
- Experience with governance, DLP, RBAC, and environment strategy
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse and integrations
- Experience with ALM (solutions, pipelines, versioning)
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
- Power Platform CoE implementation or operations experience
- Managed Environments and enterprise-scale governance
- Platform telemetry, reporting, and monitoring (CoE Starter Kit or similar)
- Experience in regulated or highly governed environments

The annual base salary for this position is $120,000-$140,000.
