As a Programs Administrative Assistant III, you will:
- Coordinate, update, and manage the BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair CFRS in SRDAP and IFS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CFR , technical documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with the customer, craft staff and the Training Department.
- Develop and maintain Weekend overtime reports .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including crafts and quality, to ensure that processes and procedures are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes to standards and regulations, and implement updates to the SRDAP & IFS applications as necessary.
- Attend CCCB weekly meetings for each ship and update reports. Attend Resource weekly meetings and take notes for PODs. Attend weekly CO Brief meetings.
- Distribute all RCC, ATP, MODs internal & external to subcontractors.
- Create and maintain lead sheet for each project and hyperlink each work item with RCCS.
- Update folders for drawings from SRDAP and hyperlink to lead sheet.
- Open IT ticket for errors.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items and Military Standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiencey in MS365, Adobe Acrobat - PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $47488 - $75980
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
