We are looking for a self-starter who is driven to success in business and pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be someone who is ambitious to utilize time efficiently and understand they are starting with a clean slate of a pharmacy. They will be responsible for establishing pharmacy operations, obtaining licensure (both pharmacy and PIC licenses) and managing the business aspects of the pharmacy.

1. The position is for full time with early expectations to get the pharmacy licensed and to obtain pharmacist licenses (as required for nonresident pharmacy licenses) as fast as possible in multiple states.
2. Get the pharmacy prepared and complete the Texas Board of Pharmacy inspection to begin operations.
3. After Texas pharmacy licensing, begin filling orders and continue the licensing process for additional states with the goal of license in all 50 states.
4. Travel to Clearwater for at least 2 weeks, and on occasion thereafter, for training and to support workflow.
5. Draft Policies and Procedures at the start of employment for TelyRx Dallas
6. Weekly meetings for progress updates with CEO & VP
7. Profit & Loss oversight & responsibility
8. The starting salary for this position is $125,000-$145,000

1. An actively licensed pharmacist in the state of Texas with no reprimands on their license in Texas or elsewhere

Compensation details: 125000-150000 Yearly Salary
