Volt is immediately hiring for a Part Time Payroll Clerk in Ventura, CA.

As a Part Time Payroll Clerk you will:

Collect all employee timecards.
Match timecard hours with supervisor's time sheets.
Data entry.
Process payroll.
Ensure compliance with Tax and labor laws.
Manage 401K contributions and make payments.
Manage employee medical, dental and vision plans.
Misc payroll items: handbooks, withholding orders, unemployment claims, harassment training form collection, employee files, and new hirers.

Part Time 1st Shift Opportunity | Tuesday - Friday, 20 hours a week

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Sage Accounting Software
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Detail Oriented
Strong Communication Skills
