We're looking for a junior-level Associate Social Media Specialist to support executive-level social media for our airline client. This individual will work closely with a specialized team that collaborates directly with C-Suite leaders and VPs, crafting thoughtful, strategic content that enhances online presence and reinforces leadership voice.
You will be required to work in their downtown office every Tuesday.
Responsibilities:
-As part of the Executive Social Media team, you'll contribute to:
-Creating and editing posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms
-Supporting thought leadership efforts aligned with brand and corporate communications strategy
-Craft social media content that reflects the tone, priorities, and personality of top executives
-Collaborating with internal partners to source stories, visuals, and moments that elevate personal profiles
Requirements:
-1+ year of experience in social media, corporate communications, or editorial writing coursework, internships, or freelance included
-Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor voice and tone for executive-level communications
-Familiarity with brand guidelines and social media best practices
-Interest in aviation, leadership storytelling, or corporate communications is a plus
-Organized, proactive, and collaborative, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
