JOB DESCRIPTION
Apex Systems is seeking a highly organized and proactive Partner Operations Manager to support our strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Adobe. This role is critical to the success of our alliance strategy, ensuring operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and scalable processes that drive joint business outcomes.
Operational Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with Alliance Executives to operationalize key initiatives and strategic plans across each technology partner.
- Own and manage KPIs, partner scorecards, and opportunity tracking to measure partnership health and performance.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Partner Enablement & Program Management
- Coordinate partner enablement efforts, including training, certifications, and readiness programs for internal teams (IPCs, CEs).
- Support execution of joint business plans, co-marketing campaigns, and partner-led initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the operational liaison between strategic partners and internal teams (sales, delivery, marketing, legal, etc.).
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment to ensure partner strategies are embedded in service delivery and go-to-market efforts.
Process Optimization & Tooling
- Evaluate, implement, and manage tools to streamline partner operations (CRM systems, reference tracking, program designation tools).
- Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and reporting to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field, preferred
- 5+ years of experience in partner operations, strategic alliances, or program management—preferably in a tech or consulting environment.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft, Salesforce, Snowflake, or Adobe ecosystems is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Crossbeam), project management platforms, and data reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
