This exciting opportunity will allow you to take ownership of the content selection strategy and asset creation workflows for a multi-locale paid media program. You will be a key player in driving strategy alignment and ensuring timely asset delivery. As the program lead for an ongoing content-focused marketing initiative, you’ll manage monthly program updates, implement new features, and keep the program on track to achieve its milestones and goals. Your data analysis expertise will be essential in informing future decisions, and your ability to collaborate effectively across teams will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Own content selection strategy and asset creation workflows for multi-locale paid media program.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure on-time asset delivery.
• Lead an ongoing content-focused marketing initiative.
• Manage monthly program updates, implement new features, and track progress against milestones and goals.
• Support the campaign management team with content and business requests.
• Analyze data and leverage insights to inform future decisions.
• Collaborate effectively across marketing teams and organizational boundaries.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of Project Management experience managing end-to-end projects.
• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience leveraging data for informed decision-making.
• 5+ years of demonstrated Leadership and Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
• 5 years of paid media within a global agency or technology company.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.65 to $49.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
