Now we are adding to our services by offering a newly created Outsourced Conference Benefits Officer option. The Outsourced Conference Benefits Officer (OCBO) will be responsible for managing a client's Wespath-sponsored benefit programs, services, and communications, and providing consultative services in support of Wespath offerings. The position will be responsible for both day-to-day benefit administration work as well as acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the client plan sponsor helping leaders, clergy, and participants navigate important decisions with confidence. What you'll do: Why this role stands out: Outsourced Conference Benefits Officer Compensation and Benefits Include: The compensation range for this position is $120,000-$130,00 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits. Final compensation will be set based on the hired applicant's qualifications (education, training, and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown.
