Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering, and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. Our Operations Program Manager will be responsible for managing production deliverables in the circuit card assembly (CCA) factory on a major production program in the TacAir product line. Primary responsibilities include:
- Act as the liaison between Operations and other program functions (program management, supply chain planning, quality, and engineering) to represent the CCA factory
- Drive and manage the production build schedule and execution plans, including leading return to green plans as needed
- Work across functions to manage and resolve material and technical impacts to the production build schedule
- Analyze and understand cost, quality, and delivery metrics for the factory and drive appropriate action to improve
- Drive and manage affordability initiatives for the factory in support of meeting an aggressive cost burn-down plan
- Work with supply chain to manage material shortages and communicate priorities to factory teams
- Present to program teams on production status and identify technical, manufacturing, and business resources needed for the program's success
- Effectively hold functions accountable to action item closure and driving resolution
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Leadership skills (influencing in a matrixed organization and managing teams without direct reporting relationships)
- Must have (or be able to obtain) a current/active secret clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience working with supply chain
- Experience working in the factory environment for Production programs
- Experience presenting to program stakeholders
- 8+ Years with HS
- 6+ Years with AA
- 4+ Years with BS
- 2+ Years with MS
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
