Operations Coordinator IV
Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator IV is responsible for overseeing the daily operational functions of the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations, while driving process improvements and managing resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of materials
- Develop and maintain schedules for operations and staff to optimize productivity
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational goals
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to generate reports and presentations for management
- Implement supply chain management practices to enhance operational efficiency
- Facilitate team collaboration and ensure effective communication among team members
- Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Employ problem-solving techniques to address operational challenges and improve processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5-7 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
- Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys
- Strong skills in process improvement and data analysis
- Experience in inventory management and scheduling
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
