CLIENT Consulting specializes in Consulting, Technology and Analytics for Engineering and Financial Services (FS) industry verticals.
We are growing and want you to be part of that growth curve. We serve clients across the globe and for the FS vertical, we are looking for a technical, passionate, customer-oriented and hands-on technology expert to join our Customer Success team with proven performance in similar role, based in the US - preferably in North Carolina.

As the Technical Account Manager, you will:
  • Work handin-hand with our customers as the technical focal point.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied and confident in leveraging the solutions.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer technical stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Be responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a dayto-day basis
  • Be responsible for working with the internal offshore teams to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Provide timely and realistic assessment of the client side organizational changes, opinions & thoughts of influencers and decisionmakers and any other relevant information to management.
  • Participate in technical discussions involving topics such as but not limited to Angular, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, Payment systems.
  • Contribute in defining new or modifying the existing system architecture and detailed solution designs with scalability, resilience and extendibility as the main principles.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible.
  • Be there in person every week to interact with the key technical stakeholders to participate in technical discussions, understand the needs, issues and to cultivate the relationships.

You should have:
  • Proven Technical lead/Architect or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and Clevel
  • Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and to effectively coordinate with the offshore teams
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Deep understanding of the technology space especially as applicable to a lending organization
  • Selfmotivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills

Basic Qualifications:?
  • Minimum Bachelor / Masters in. Computer Science or related discipline from accredited college or University
  • At least 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering backend applications with Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Restful APIs and related backend frameworks.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing client relationships, demonstrated capability of growing the client accounts.
  • Must have worked with offshore teams to manage and grow the client accounts.
  • Proficient in following concepts: object-oriented programming, software engineering techniques, quality engineering, parallel programming, databases, etc.
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Nice to have experience: Leveraging Social Media to network with industry peers, share thought leadership content, and enhance brand visibility to support sales team and relationship building.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $100k-$200k depending on experience, and can be negotiatble for the right candidate.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
