Office Coordinator in Center City - TTH, up to 27/hr!
Full Job Description

Our client, a prominent title company, is seeking a contract-to-hire Office Coordinator to join their team in Center City Philadelphia. This role is ideal for a personable and detail-oriented professional who will serve as the face of the office, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting internal staff, clients, and guests with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Points
- Greet and assist guests, clients, vendors, attorneys, agents, and government representatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for phone calls to the company's main line
- Coordinate daily office functions including mail and package handling (FedEx, UPS, TimeCycle, etc.)
- Manage office supply inventory, including breakroom and conference room needs
- Liaise with building management for deliveries, access control, maintenance, and security
- Ensure professional appearance and upkeep of all shared spaces: conference rooms, breakroom, supply room, and equipment areas
- Schedule and oversee service calls for office equipment (copiers, phones, fax machines, etc.)
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors
- Manage scheduling, setup, and cleanliness of all conference rooms
About You
- Experience in an administrative, facilities, or similar customer-facing office role
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a multitude of situations
- Organized, proactive, and able to work with a wide range of personalities
- A Notary Public (or willingness to become one) is strongly preferred
