Expanding Financial Planning firm seeking Office Assistant
Candidate must be: Organized, reliable and discreet
Strong ability to communicate both orally and in written form
Duties: answering incoming calls, sending emails, scheduling appointments, and working within our client information database to update information.
Based upon the confidential nature of the work that we do and the laws that our industry is required to follow, the selected candidate will have to go through a background check, which includes fingerprinting and a criminal background inquiry.
