Responsibilities
- You will follow Occupational Health Services policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
- You will assist in the nursing process and safety protocols.
- You will provide supportive/restorative care under physician supervision.
- You will offer emergency care/stabilization and arrange transportation for injured/ill team members.
- You will administer first aid and nursing care for occupational/non-occupational conditions.
- You will refer non-work-related injuries/illnesses to outside health agencies as needed.
- You will administer medications per physician orders.
- You will conduct assessments and testing (post-hire injury/illness, respirator/HazMat surveillance, drug/alcohol testing, audiometric testing).
- You will collaborate with health, safety, production, and HR teams for comprehensive team member health.
- You will communicate work-related injury/illness information to Physician/Medical Case Manager and Third Party Administrator.
- You will document and maintain workers' compensation cases.
- You will perform weekly plant walk-throughs for compliance with modified/restricted duty job requirements.
- You will maintain confidentiality of health records.
- You will promote team member health education and training programs.
- You will engage in professional development and research for occupational health services improvement.
- You will Comply with State Nurse Practice Act legal requirements.
- You will maintain current CPR certification (update yearly).
Position Qualification
Must hold appropriate licensure/certification in the state certification
Minimum of 2 years occupational health experience. (Preferred)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication. (Required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Preferred)
Compensation:
Pay Range:$49,000-$65,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
