We are a growing medical billing and financial management company, providing full service medical billing, coding and accounting services for hospital based physicians since 1997. We are searching for an energetic, motivated self starter for a position in our:
Customer Service Department
Preferred candidates should have at least 1 to 2 years experience in the customer service arena, preferably medical customer service or medical billing. This position entails answering incoming telephone calls which include some data entry, answering questions and concerns, documenting calls, updating database records and assisting in processing paper correspondence. You should be a compassionate, effective listener and display patience while responding to our patients' needs and concerns. Bilingual a plus.
This Position requires:
* Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency to effectively communicate and enter information in to our data base
* Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
