Job Details:

Title: Medical Coding Data Entry Clerk

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 12 months of contract | Onsite

Pay: $18/Hr. to $19/Hr.

Job Description:

• Use full keyboard and numeric pad.
• Enter data based on customer instructions and screen prompts
• Acknowledge out of balance transactions
• Complete all tasks by customer's specified deadlines.
• Communicate computer system problems
• Other assigned duties

• Familiarity with healthcare terminology.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts.
• Ability to self-learn based on client instructions.
• General knowledge of CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10 coding, and modifier usage.
• In-depth understanding of explanation of benefits
• Understanding of all HIPAA guidelines
