Micro Metals is hiring a Material Dispatcher for our facility in Colorado Springs, CO.
As a Material Dispatcher, you will support the logistics and operations team by coordinating the movement and delivery of materials. You will be responsible for receiving dispatch requests, scheduling shipments, managing truck routes, and tracking delivery progress. You will work closely with internal departments and drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
The ideal candidate will have:
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr (Entry Level)
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

- Receive and process material dispatch requests from internal departments
- Schedule and coordinate daily shipments to meet production and delivery deadlines
- Monitor and update delivery timelines and communicate status updates
- Manage truck fleet logistics and optimize delivery routes
- Track the status of deliveries and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with drivers and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with dispatch or logistics software is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
- No prior experience required - full training provided!
