Make a real impact as a Marketing Specialist with a Fortune 500 CPG company, partnering with Aquent. Drive marketing and promotion planning and execution, collaborating with sales teams to achieve key business objectives. You will be instrumental in shaping customer engagement and contributing to the success of a well-known brand.
This exciting opportunity allows you to partner with sales teams to deliver against brand/business objectives across major retail customers. Lead marketing and promotion planning and execution, participate in key customer planning meetings, and manage trade budgets. Your contributions will directly impact the brand’s visibility and market share.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales team members to achieve brand/business objectives across major retail customers.
- Lead marketing and promotion planning and execution.
- Participate in key customer planning meetings, presentations, tradeshows, and training.
- Manage trade budgets.
- Develop marketing collateral (flyers, etc.).
- Occasional travel (up to 10%).
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related experience in marketing (Retail Marketing experience preferred)
- Strong analytical, project management, time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Ability to function independently, take ownership of decisions, and demonstrate a high degree of accountability.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience at a major CPG company.
- Experience with retail customer marketing and brand marketing.
- Experience with Home Professional businesses.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.00 to $38.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
