Our financial services client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join their team for a 12-month assignment. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Tempe, AZ 5 days/week. 

Position Overview
The Creative Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various marketing projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives. This role requires a blend of creative vision and project management expertise to deliver high-impact campaigns on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for creative marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Oversee budget management for marketing projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Lead campaign management efforts, from conception to execution and performance analysis.
• Conduct market research to inform project direction and strategy.
• Foster team leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Oversee content development and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
• Utilize social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Implement agile methodologies to optimize project workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing project management with a focus on creative initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and digital marketing practices.
• Experience in budget management and financial planning for projects.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in campaign management and performance analysis.
• Experience using Adobe Workfront
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in content development and brand management practices.
