Our large healthcare client is seeking a Marketing Documentation Specialist to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week.
This role is 100% onsite 5 days a week in Princeton, NJ.
Role Summary
The Marketing Documentation Specialist leads the administration of the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) and serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Enterprise Ad Promo and Non-Promo process. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and high-quality review and approval of promotional materials, supporting enterprise-wide goals for workflow optimization, collaboration, and digital transformation.
Top Must Have Skills
3-5 years of EDMS administration experience in a regulated environment
Expertise in Ad Promo and Non-Promo content review processes
Proficiency with systems like Veeva PromoMats, Pepper Flow, or Ensur
Strong communication, training, and organizational skills
Experience partnering with regulatory, legal, and quality teams
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Regulatory, Quality, or related field
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance-driven environments
Experience maintaining SOPs and guiding users through submission processes
Strong analytical skills for metrics tracking and process improvement
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Ad Promo and Non-Promo review workflows in the EDMS
Administer system access, training, and configuration; ensure platform functionality
Maintain compliance with SOPs, support audits, and monitor review timelines
Analyze metrics to identify process improvements and drive system enhancements
Update training materials, conduct sessions, and coordinate with vendors on updates
Serve as a reviewer for translated and web content; support digital transformation initiatives
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
