Our client in the higher education healthcare services space has an immediate need for a full-time Marketing Communications Coordinator with design skills. This permanent role comes with full-time salary, bonus potential, annual salary review and increase, and comprehensive benefits. This role is ONSITE in Grapevine, TX.
The ideal Marketing Communications Coordinator has 1-3 years of professional marketing and communications experience, hands-on InDesign skills, and content coordination experience with WordPress.
Marketing Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Working with the marketing team to produce new marketing collateral and update existing materials like brochures, presentations, fliers, website assets, and more
- Ensuring marketing and communications materials are in line with brand guidelines
- Working across the departments to gather materials and information for marketing materials
- Ensuring materials comply with rules and regulations for the industry
- Coordinating and participating in meetings with clients and vendors to discuss project requirements
- Providing status reports to internal partners and vendors on project updates.
Marketing Communications Coordinator Requirements:
- 1-3 years' of experience
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and the creative process
- Experience updating content using WordPress or similar CMS
- Bachelor's degree
