Our client in the higher-education and healthcare industry has an immediate need for a Marketing Communications Coordinator. This full-time, salaried position requires onsite work in Grapevine, and comes with bonus potential, annual salary increase, and comprehensive benefits.

This position will work closely with the client experience, project management, and sales teams to produce and edit professional and compliant marketing materials for a range of university clients.

Marketing Communications Coordinator Responsibilities: 

• Develop print and digital marketing and communications materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Update web content using WordPress
• Maintain account files and assets ensuring continuity, accuracy, and compliance
• Maintain client communication, schedule and manage client meetings
• Track and report account metrics and timelines

Marketing Communications Coordinator Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in production of marketing collateral required
• 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred
• Strong project/time management skills and verbal written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite
• WordPress content management experience is preferred
• Background in education and / or health insurance a plus
